The pleather body gives the feeling of luxury and warmth, but is less expensive and more easily manufactured than leather. The athletic mesh provides comfort and breathability against the user’s skin while allowing the mechanical motion of the massager to permeate through. The massager is thoroughly padded, to allow the massage to be comforting and satisfying. A nylon zipper provides access to the internal components for maintenance and cleaning when necessary.

​     For manufacturing, many small parts would likely be sourced, including the thumb grips, strap adjustment clips and charging components. The remote would be constructed from injection molded ABS. The main pattern would be cut out using powerful industrial cutters or machine operated cutting system such as water jet cutting than can pierce many layers. The patterns would be digitally laid out first to achieve optimum
use of the material with minimal waste. Industrial sewing machines would construct the main body.
